WebIn order to have a stock and not be an SBR it has to have a 16"+ barrel (pinned and welded muzzle devices count as barrel length) AND be over 26". The upper receiver is ~8 inches and the receiver extension is about 9 or 10. With the stock extended on my 10.5" it's about 30". You'll be fine.
