Web13 mei 2024 · I received a job offer that was about £400 less than the advertised figure (a set salary). Is it worth kicking up a fuss? It is a more senior role than I hold now, and a more interesting job. It's also an increase on what I currently receive. However, I would get less holiday and, I am assuming, a less comfortable maternity benefit.
