WebbIn order to unlock your device, simply click the ‘power button’ five times quickly. This will unlock your Innokin Kroma-Z. The other possible problem is that it is not charged. Simply plug the unit into a charging area using a Type-C USB cord. The Type-C USB plug is located near the bottom front of your Innokin Kroma-Z.
