WebINC280 will be dosed as 600 mg (tablet) or 400mg(Capsule) twice daily. On the first day of each cycle, patient will receive a prescription of adequate drug supply for self-administration at home. The investigator must emphasize compliance and will instruct the patient to takeINC280 exactly as prescribed. Capmatinib (INC280) is an investigational, oral, potent and selective MET inhibitor licensed to Novartis by Incyte Corporation in 2009. Under the Agreement, Incyte granted Novartis worldwide exclusive development and commercialization rights to capmatinib and certain back-up compounds in all indications.
