WebFor Series and DCS carts, the signal range should be between 0.4 to 0.6 volts and 1.5 to 1.7 volts. For PDS carts, the voltage must be between 1.0 +/-0.3 volts and 2.7 +/-0.5 volts. Remember to jack up the cart and take care not to short between pins when taking the measurements, as the controller may get damaged.

WebSep 1, 2015 · I just got a 36 volt 96 EZGO TXT (Series) cart. Cart has been sitting for a couple of years. Put new batteries in and the cart will not move. The solenoid does not click when the pedal is pressed. I jumped the solenoid and it clicks and the cart will move in reverse with the solenoid jumped. But it will not move forward when the solenoid is jumped.
